A few months back, I had the opportunity to preview the AW 2015 collection "Lunar Mare" from Arela Studio, and it seemed that now would be a good time to share this with you, since we are either expecting or treading the approaching season. Autumn will however, and entirely independent of our regard for it, conquer both the climate and our lives in a month, so perhaps it would be wisest to accept the facts and prepare, rather than sob after what will be lost regardless? It feels I need a soft fall more desperately than ever, and thus welcome everything that can ease the transition with open arms. And this collection certainly would. I am tempted to say will. As we have already learned to expect from the impeccable Finnish family brand, each garment fills all the criteria of a wardrobe trustee - in terms of both appearance and wearability. And then there are those two magic words: cashmere sweatpants. And the other two: cashmere hoodie. Suddenly, a soft fall (pun intended) doesn't seem that far-fetched at all.
Muutama kuukausi sitten sain ennakkokatsastaa Arela Studion "Lunar Mare" Syksy-Talvi 2015 malliston, ja tuntui luontevalta jakaa kuvat kanssanne nyt, kun me kaikki odotamme syksyä, joko innon- tai kauhunsekaisin tuntein. Syksy tulee jokatapauksessa ja täysin meidän haluamisistamme riippumatta, joten olisi kenties viisaampaa hyväksyä tosiasiat ja valmistautua, kuin ruikuttaa sellaisen perään, joka on katoamassa kaikesta ruikutuksesta huolimatta? Tuntuu, että olen itse pehmeän pudotuksen tarpeessa, joten otan avosylin vastaan kaiken, joka pehmentää tulevaa muutosta. Tämä mallisto varmasti pehmentäisi. Mieleni tekee sanoa, että varmasti pehmentää. Kuten odottaa saattaa, jokainen vaate tämän pettämättömän suomalaisen perheyrityksen mallistosta täyttää kaikki luottovaatteen kriteerit - sekä ulkonäöltään, että käytettävyydeltään. Ja sitten on se taikasana: kashmir-verkkarit. Ja vielä toinenkin: kashmir-huppari. Yhtäkkiä haaveet pehmeästä syksystä eivät enää tunnukkaan niin kaukaahaetuilta.

ReplyDeleteEikö? Parasta näissä on tietty se, että ovat kashmiria, joka on samalla lämmintä, kevyttä ja superpehmeää! Arelan kashmir-neule on aina todella hyvä sijoitus. Kashmir on todella hyvälaatuista ja neulet voi viedä pientä maksua vastaan Arelalle huoltoon, jos ei itse uskalla pestä tai huoltaa niitä!
